Delivery in metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxembourg
Deliveries are made by DPD, TNT/FedEx, DHL, Colissimo depending on the size and number of prints ordered. The unframed prints are delivered flat in a cardboard envelope for the smallest format and rolled in a tube for the other formats.
Delivery period is between 5 - 10 days. They include the time required for printing, the time dedicated to finishing (framing and laminating) and the time of shipping to your home.

Return Policy
We do our best to provide you with complete satisfaction. However, if you wish, you can return your order to us for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. All you have to do is send us back the photograph according to the terms and conditions we will communicate to you. Once the photograph has been received, and provided that it is in perfect condition, you will be refunded the amount of your order. However, you will still have to pay the costs of returning the print.
